As 2024 draws to a close, it’s the perfect time to look back on what has been a transformative year for Kaseware. From exciting new partnerships to expanding our team and capabilities, this year has been all about growth and innovation. Let’s take a closer look at some of the highlights that have defined 2024 for our company.
A New Home in the Denver Tech Center
One of the biggest changes this year was our move to a new office in the Denver Tech Center. This space was designed to support our growing team and foster collaboration, with dedicated areas for each department, multiple conference rooms for hosting clients, and space for our company to grow for years to come. The new office is more than just a workspace—it’s a hub for innovation and connection, providing a space where our employees can collaborate effectively and continue to drive Kaseware forward.
Strengthening Through Investment
At the start of the year, Kaseware secured a substantial growth investment from The Riverside Company, a global private equity firm with expertise in the safety software industry. This partnership has enabled us to accelerate innovation, expand our team, and enhance our market-leading investigative management software.
This investment has not only provided financial backing but also brought invaluable expertise to our organization. With guidance on establishing effective processes and scaling operations, our investment team has helped us navigate growth while avoiding common growing pains. This collaborative approach ensures that Kaseware remains agile and well-equipped to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Expanding Our Team
One of the most exciting milestones of 2024 has been the growth of our team. We began the year with 51 employees and have more than doubled in size, now surpassing 100 team members. This remarkable growth has allowed us to expand across multiple departments, including IT, product development, customer success, sales, and marketing. With these new additions, we’ve been able to enhance our capabilities, take on more complex challenges, and accelerate the growth of our business. Each new team member brings unique skills and perspectives, contributing to a stronger and more dynamic Kaseware.
Celebrating Our Long-Term Employees
As we’ve grown, we’ve also taken time to celebrate the dedication of those who have been with us from the beginning. This year, we celebrated seven employees who crossed their five-year anniversary at Kaseware: Korinne Condie, Mark Dodge, Dave Potter, Gino Di Gregorio, Isaac Nelson, Dave Brant, and Cody Smith. These employees have been with us since we were a small team, and their hard work and commitment have been essential to Kaseware’s success. They believed in our mission from the start, and their contributions have helped shape the company into what it is today.
Welcoming New Advisors
This year, we had the privilege of adding two exceptional leaders to our advisory team. Their expertise and insights are already making a significant impact on our strategic direction. Here’s a brief introduction to our new advisors:
Regina Lombardo:Â A former Acting Director of the ATF with over 30 years of experience in federal law enforcement and security. Regina has held key leadership roles within the ATF and currently serves as Chief Security Officer at The Metropolitan Museum of Art. She is also a Senior Advisor to the Women In Federal Law Enforcement (WIFLE) foundation, contributing to professional training and career advancement for women in law enforcement.
Mark Sullivan:Â The former Director of the United States Secret Service, Mark brings extensive experience in criminal investigations, protective operations, risk management, and IT modernization. He also served as a special agent with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Office of Inspector General for Investigations.
These new advisors join an already impressive team of experts who continue to guide Kaseware’s mission and growth.
Enhancing Our Platform for the Future
This year, Kaseware released four software updates throughout 2024, each packed with enhancements aimed at improving user experience and operational efficiency. A key theme of these updates was streamlining workflows and enhancing customization. The introduction of Custom Workflows allows organizations to tailor their processes, define review steps, and manage approvals more effectively. This flexibility ensures that users can align the platform with their unique operational needs.
Another significant focus was on data and reporting capabilities. Enhancements for visualization tools and auditing the data warehouse empower users to create more insightful reports while maintaining data integrity. Additionally, features such as improved case investigation workflows, advanced search options, and expanded integrations reflect our commitment to delivering a platform that adapts to complex investigative environments. These updates not only address specific user needs but also reinforce Kaseware’s role as a comprehensive solution for investigative case management.
Launching Fed Time Stories
In 2024, we ventured into the world of podcasting with the launch of "Fed Time Stories." Data Privacy and Global Expansion

Additionally, we launched an Azure hosting option within the European Union. This expansion provides our global customers with more choices and ensures compliance with regional hosting requirements. It’s a step forward in our mission to support organizations worldwide.
