Kaseware Welcomes Francis X. Taylor to Advisory Board

Falls Church, VA – April 18, 2017 – Kaseware Inc. today announced the addition of Francis X. Taylor to its Advisory Board.


Mr. Taylor brings a wealth of impressive experience from both the private sector and government service, to Kaseware.  He is currently the President and CEO of FXTaylor Associates, which specializes in security, crisis management, and risk management consulting.

Before rejoining the private sector, Mr. Taylor served as the Under Secretary, Office of Intelligence and Analysis, US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) from 2014 to 2017, where he was responsible for developing and implementing intelligence programs to support the US Intelligence Community, the Department, and other federal, state, and local consumers of DHS Intelligence.

Mr. Taylor served as Vice President and Chief Security Officer (CSO) for General Electric Company from 2005 to 2013, where he was GE’s first global CSO, and was responsible for developing and managing GE’s global security operations and crisis management processes.

Prior to working at GE, Mr. Taylor enjoyed a 35-year career in government service, including as Assistant Secretary of State for Diplomatic Security with the rank of Ambassador, overseeing all Department of State security programs designed to protect all US government personnel and buildings.  As part of his time in government service, Mr. Taylor also served with distinction in the United States Air Force, rising to the rank of Brigadier General.
